Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
If you are approved, then you refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
Note: In case customer change his mind or any other reason want to refund and item is deliver or not, we will charge 30% Fix Fee charges on total purchase amount.   
                                                                                                    
Fraudulent Transaction: In, case we have received any Fraudulent Transaction so, customer must provide some proof as per our investigation team. If customer unable to provide information within 48 hours or did not respond at all so, we will refund 80% money back to Customer and 20% Service Fee will be charge.                                                                                    
Fix Fee:
15% Fee will be charge in case of customer bought any product from our website and we refund the money back to him/her in any Case. This is Fix fee, we have to pay on any cost to third party. For example(Credit Card Service web-services etc). 
       
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
if you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
The contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending  on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Shipping,
we are no responsible for shipping at all. Due, to Covid-19 and custom restrictions some item may not be receive at your destination. Please make sure read your customer/Covid product restriction and order at your risk.
